Personal Statement

Kairos — is an ancient greek word that means the opportune moment : to quote wikipedia, "a passing instance when an opening appears which must be driven through with force if success is to be achieved” — usually in weaving or in archery. To me, my photography is exactly that —a sight presents itself in the mundane views of life, waiting to be captured just then, to memorialize and view in my penseive in future. I hope these moments will speak to the viewer as much as they do to me.
