I’ve always had a sweet tooth — as a friend once said, I’m very gourmand. As an undergraduate during study abroad in France, I think I must have tried all different offers on display every day. I also relish Turkish delights, Japanese sweets and Baklava. Over the years, I became interested in creating and not just consuming desserts — aided by various recipes. If I were to be granted a wish soon, attending le cordon bleu would be it.
