Akwaaba! Atomo oo! Welcome! Let's eat! I have been cooking for the past 25 years in various venues from Columbus, Ohio to Berkeley, California and now in Syracuse, NY. I made it official and opened my own West African catering company and pop-up in 2016. I love cooking, but I love sharing my culture with others and bridging the cultural divide through the sharing of a meal. I have won many an award and many a recognition but what lingers is what people share with others and write back to say to me after we share a meal. I am Chef Kuukua and you are welcome to my kitchen. Oye edziban a...dzidzi. It's merely food...eat!
