Personal Statement

When I was little, I always had stomachaches AND I was a chubby kid. When I lost the weight, I STILL had stomach aches. It wasn’t until after I saw a health coach for 6 months, read a gazillion nutrition books, went to see conventional doctors to find out I had h. pylori, AND went to holistic nutrition school that I finally figured out my stomach issues. So now, I love figuring out new recipes, learning from friends and colleagues, teaching clients to cook and figure out their digestive issues, and especially working with people to fall in love with making their own food. It’s fun. Also challenging, but always interesting.
