Yeast your eyes I watched the beginning of Salt Fat Acid Heat this weekend so obviously, that led to baking focaccia and making pesto (though not the good and true way.) I attempted a wholewheat focaccia which turned out okay, but I think the yeast was dodgy so it didn’t rise enough. What do you guys think of it? An image
