Simple golden soup to welcome in the start of Fall 🍂 Golden food are high in Beta-Carotene  which converts to Vitamin A in our bodies. As we all know, Vitamin A is one of the primary vitamins for the healthy function of the immune system making this a perfect meal leading into cold & flu season ♡

  • 1 Small yellow Onion

  • 2 Carrots

  • 1 Large Golden Beet

  • 2 Delicata Squash

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp pastured butter

  • Water or broth

  • Salt, pepper and herbs to taste

Sauté Onions in a pan with butter until golden before adding the minced garlic and cooking for about 1 min. Add other veggies and cover with water, vegetable stock or bone broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook until veggies are tender.

The broth comes out a beautiful golden color!
