I went completely all out with this Homemade Margherita Pizza. Crust was made with 00 flour Biga dough fermented over 3 days. Sauce is made from canned Whole-Peeled San Marzano Tomatoes, local sea salt and oregano from my porch. Toppings were also from the porch, and some fresh buffalo mozzarella. Getting closer to that goal of making a high quality pizza at home for cheaper than I could get at a restaurant.
