This class was taught at the West County Herb Shop and hosted by the California School of Herbal Studies. In this free community class we covered edible seaweeds in Northern California and their medicinal benefits.

Herbal Allies for Managing Stress/Homestead Apothecary/ Oakland
This two hour class covered plant identification, basic medicine making, and practical applications for several different plants that can be used to manage stress and the nervous system.
