During my six years of work-study I focused on cultivation, wild harvesting and herbal production including tincture making, mixing formulas, salve making, herbal oil making, herbal honey and syrup making, bath & beauty product production.

I formulated tincture and other in store products.

I worked directly with customers to help them find the right herbal remedies for their health concerns.

Co-taught day-long intensives for Northern New Mexico College on New Mexico medicinal plants and medicine making. Led groups of 25 students into the Rocky Mountains to learn about the local medicinal plants and then had a lab component where they learned how to process the herbs.

I worked with individuals to establish their health goals and help them on the path to nutritional wellness.
