Running’s like a meditation for me, allowing me to be calm and focused. You gotta love the lingering endorphin rush too. It lasts all day☺

Personal Statement

I remember loathing running as a kid…and an adult for that matter. But towards the end of my late twenties, I realized if I wanted to age well I should probably start exercising. I forced myself through the difficult transition of getting in shape, and made it to the other side where it starts to feel great. A friend recommended the book Born to Run, which turned my hobby into a passion. Now I run regularly and it makes me feel more relaxed, more healthy, and more happy☺
