Founded events program. Organized 100+ bookstore events, including 50+ author talks. Headed store marketing and promotions; wrote and designed a weekly newsletter for 9.5k subscribers in this role. Lead community outreach efforts, including local TV and newspaper features.

Staffed Art Department and events during multiple holiday seasons. Multiple nominations for company-wide employee of the year award; first holiday bookseller in Foyles’ 100+ year history to be nominated.

Currently manage the classes program at the Writers Grotto, managing 50+ classes a year.
